How to apply course?
Course Enquiries
The prospective learners engage with Stag Match Institute Pte Ltd in various form (Call, Online, Walk-in, Emails, Social Media Channel and Website) and submit their course enquiry via email:
Course Consultation
Upon receiving the course enquiry details, Pre-course advisory service will be offered for prospective learners. A clear and precise details will be shared as following and it can be found at SMI’s website.
The prospective learners can obtain the information from SMI’s website and or request a copy of course e-brochure sent via email/WhatsApp to the learners.
Course Application
For Course Registration, the learner will take 10-15 min to fill up the Course E-Application Form
Once the Learner’s complete course application form received, the Course Consultant will advise on the course fees to be made. An invoice will be sent to the learner to proceed for Course Fees which is payable via PayNow or Bank Transfer to designated Stag Match Institute Pte Ltd account.
Course Acceptance
A welcome email will be sent to learner to confirm the Course enrolment, the Learners’ guide, and instruction attached in the welcome email for learner to attend the course according to the date and time of the course run.
Course Commencement
Learners will expect to receive an invitation for a student group-chat toward the course run class and join other classmates for learning journey. An introduction of trainer to the learners will be conducted during the first day of the class.
Attendance taking
It is the responsibility of every individual learner to ensure their attendance is taken by the lecturer. The attendance requirement is 75% for all programmes. Attendance requirements extends to online learning hours, where applicable.
Stag Match Institute will provide periodic review of learners’ attendance and inform learners failing short of the attendance requirement. Learner(s) must review their schedule and situations to ensure minimum attendance are met. Learners are required to fulfil attendance rate of at least 75% to qualify for the course completion.
Course Completion Requirement
Each level or module may be assessed by any combination of written assessment, projects, case study and oral interviews. Upon completion of the level or module(s), Stag Match Institute will facilitate the process of assessment submission to obtain relevant COC for the learner(s) who met and pass through the requirements.
Facilities and Equipments
Facilities – An administration area, a reception/waiting area , 1 Classroom ( 40.Sqm) which can take in 20 pax .
Equipment – Training Classroom , Tables , Chair , Smart Board , Computers , Water dispenser (Hot water) etc.
