Withdrawal & Refund

  1. Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course:
    A Learner shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to Stag Match Institute of his / her intention to do so.
  2. Refunds for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons:
    Where the Learner withdraws from the Course for any reason other than Refund for Withdrawal due to non-delivery of Course, Stag Match Institute shall as soon as practicable after receiving the Learner’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event, no more than seven (7) working days after receiving such notice) refund to the Learner as per following table.

3. Refund Procedure (Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons)

Step 1  – Learner to obtain the “SMI Course Withdrawal Refund Request Form V1.0” from the Salesperson / Student Support

Step 2  – Complete all relevant sections of the form and submit to the Salesperson / Student Support (Please note that incomplete forms could lead to delays in processing of withdrawal / refund request)

Step 3  – Student will receive an email stating the outcome of the withdrawal / refund request along with instructions for collection / transfer of refund (if applicable) is not more than 7 working days from the date of withdrawal / refund request.
